Your solution
will include the necessary servers to accommodate
your application(s). You have the option of
owning your servers, operating systems, and
database licensing or having eVision Systems
provide those components for you. In addition,
eVision will provide the infrastructure to manage
and secure the servers, operating systems and
database.

Setup
The initial setup will include configuration
of the necessary hardware, software, networking
and database components necessary to get your
company running in the ASP environment. eVision
Systems will work with development resources
of our clients the initial deployment
of their Great Plains application.

Monthly
System Maintenance
Monthly system maintenance includes all of the
activities required to keep your enterprise
applications running trouble free.

installation, minor software updates, (e.g.
service patches, minor version upgrades,
not including major version releases).
- Customer activation, security monitoring,
change control, problem management, and escalation
procedures.
- 24 x 7 Help Desk Support
- eVision Systems provides a single point
